The Staffordshire Police Federation is fully committed to the issues of fairness and equality to those it represents, and those it employs. The Staffordshire Police Federation recognises that sexual harassment within the workplace exists within the police service and is dedicated to highlighting its damaging affects on police officers.
We will support initiatives within the police service to combat work place discrimination and give assistance, where appropriate, to our members. Workplace discrimination affects the working conditions, health and safety, domestic life and the right of all police officers to equality of opportunity and treatment.
We support the education and training of all police officers to recognise, confront and eliminate sexual harassment.
