Working on Annual Leave

No overtime allowance is paid for annual leave days worked but the following scale of compensation applies where a period of absence from duty of three or more days (and at least one day is annual leave) is interrupted;

If the period of recall from annual leave includes the requirement to work on “rostered rest days” these are compensated by way of payment at the appropriate rest day working rate (or time off in lieu) in the absence of the appropriate notice.
