Staffordshire Police Federation members are being reminded to complete the annual pay and morale survey as the deadline approaches.

Branch chair Lee Robinson said: “This is a really important survey that supports a lot of the work we do as a Federation on behalf of members.

“It gives rank and file officers the chance to have their say on the issues affecting them. It’s vital we make our voices heard.”

The survey closes on Monday (11 December).

The findings will be used by the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.

It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.

The link to the survey and full details have been emailed to members. If you’ve not received it, please check your junk folder.

And if you have any questions or experience any issues, please email researchanddatacollection@polfed.org.
