Staffordshire Police Federation members are being encouraged to take the time to complete the annual pay and morale survey.
The findings will provide vital evidence to support the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.
It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.
Staffordshire Police Federation chair Lee Robinson said: “It’s vital we make our voices heard.”
The survey is open now and runs until Monday 11 December.
The link to the survey and full details have been emailed to members. If you’ve not received it, please check your junk folder.
