Staffordshire Police Federation chair Lee Robinson is encouraging members to have their say on police wellbeing support and provision.
Members can complete the annual national police wellbeing survey, now in its fourth year, via the Force intranet. It’s due to close soon.
The survey is being led by Oscar Kilo, the National Police Wellbeing Service, and is run by the Policing Research Unit at Durham University with support from the College of Policing.
The results will allow police leaders to assess areas where further improvements can be made.
Lee said: “The survey helps to build a picture of the issues affecting frontline police officers and Specials.
“It helps to identify what’s working well and what needs improving.
“It’s growing every year – last year more than 36,000 officers, staff and volunteers took part.
“I’d encourage our members to take part again this year to ensure their voices are heard and can be acted on.”
