The deadline for this year’s Police Federation pay and morale survey has been extended to give more members the chance to take part.

Officers now have until Monday 17 October to complete the survey which has been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey and aims to build a comprehensive picture of the issues facing officers on pay, morale and wellbeing.

The findings will provide crucial regional and national evidence to help set the new strategic direction for the Police Federation going forward.

By identifying key areas, feedback and responses will be used to create a clear time-sensitive picture for the Government, key stakeholders, and members of the public to understand.
