Staffordshire Police Federation has ventured into the world of podcasts and plans to produce one every month to keep members updated on a range of topics and the latest news.
The first podcast explores the role of the Police Federation workplace representative and highlights the important work they carry out on behalf of their colleagues.
It features interviews with Staffordshire Branch Board chair Phil Jones and secretary Glyn Pattinson who speak about the incredible work that goes on to support members, the training offered to new reps and the difference being a Fed rep can make.
Phil said: “Podcasts have become an important way of communicating and we hope our members will tune in and keep up to date with Federation news.
“In the first one Glyn and I talk about the vital role Federation reps with the triennial elections coming up later in July.”
