Funding has been granted for extra online sessions to help officers build their resilience as the lockdown restrictions begin to ease.

Facilitated by Bailey and French, the one-hour sessions are free and look at helping participants adjust to the new ‘normal’.

The Online Individual Resilience Check-in sessions are being funded by Oscar Kilo, the National Police Wellbeing Service. The first online session was held last week and the second will be on Wednesday 21 April, starting at 9.30am.

The sessions are open to anyone working in the Force and will be taking place on Microsoft Teams.
