They work in conjunction with the patient and their doctor to ensure a correct diagnosis, understanding that diagnosis and then developing a treatment plan.
Local medical specialists can be identified and an independent, comprehensive assessment report is provided.
The scheme also offers unlimited access to the Member Care centre - a confidential telephone helpline that is available 24 hours a day every day.
