To receive a discount at Bounce Below, Zip World Titan and Tree Top Adventure, please call the attraction direct and make a booking over the phone.

You will need to say that you are an Officer or member of staff and the discount has been arranged through Staffordshire Police Federation. Details will be requested and full payment will be taken at this time, minus the 10% discount.

On arrival at any of the activities listed above, you will need to show your Staffordshire Police ID. If this is not shown on arrival, the discounted amount will be required to take part in the activities - no refund will be given.

The 10% discount is valid for the officer/staff +1. The offer is not valid on weekends and school/public holidays and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: If safety reasons dictate site closure, amendments to weight restriction or delays on the day of your booking, Bounce Below, Zip World, TT Adventure will try to notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer will NOTreceive a refund, but can re-book the experience within 12 months at a time of their choosing (dependant on availability) as per terms and conditions.
